Who we share information with
We may share personal information where necessary with service providers who help us run our business, including Squarespace, Google Workspace/Gmail and Google Drive. These providers may process information for website hosting, email, cloud storage, document storage, file sharing and business communication.
We may also share information with insurers, professional or legal advisers, accountants, consultants, suppliers, service providers, regulatory authorities, or organisations we are legally required to share information with.
We will only publish project images, testimonials or client information on our website, social media or marketing materials where we have permission to do so.
Sharing information outside the UK
Some of our service providers, including Google Workspace/Google Drive and Squarespace, may process or store personal information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used, such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for access to it, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of use, objection to use, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is used.
